Founder & Managing Director
Balaji is a graduate in electrical engineering, with around 30 years experience in electrical and automation systems. He worked with Siemens for over 13 years, during which he underwent an 18-month special training in Siemens, Germany, in industrial automation.
Dan Stutterheim
Dan has been with Kasa Companies for 17 years and during his stay has served as Salesman, Estimator, Project Manager, and is currently the President. Prior to Kasa, Dan was a teacher and coach for public secondary schools. Dan is a certified train of Process Communication Model and serves as the Chairman of the Young Presidents' Organization's Manufacturing Excellence Committee. Dan is a graduate of Baylor University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
M.S.Ramesh
Director
Ramesh is a graduate in electrical engineering, with over 25 years experience in electrical consultancy, as a promoter of Madras Electrical Consultants. He has been involved as an electrical consultant for many large projects in areas like designing, engineering, tendering estimation, supervision of erection and commissioning.
Brad Steathe
Brad has over twenty years of experience including the past fifteen years working in managerial finance in industries such as automotive, consumer goods and aerospace & defense. Brad graduated from Pittsburg State University with a BBA in Accounting. Passed the uniform CPA examination and gained initial experience in public accounting with the international firm Ernst & Young.

Ramesh is a graduate in electronics engineering with over 33 years experience in India and abroad. This experience is specifically in the maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment; in process plants and machine tools. He currently heads EAs design, production and service departments.
Basumitra Basu

Basu has about 25 years of engineering and managerial experience spanning diverse industries like Steel, Automotive, Material Handling, Automation and currently, Education, in various functions like Design and Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Implementation and Strategic Planning. During thistime, he had been associated with respected Engineering Brands like, SMS-Demag, Durr, Larsen & Toubro, Rockwell Automation and Areva. Basu is a graduate in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jadavpur University, Calcutta.
